Terms of Service

Escultor is an AI-powered 3D model generation service consisting of a Blender plugin and a web dashboard. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or use the service for automated bulk generation without prior agreement.

The service operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when generation tasks are submitted. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits from a monthly subscription expire at the end of the billing period.

Payments are made in USDT cryptocurrency. After a successful blockchain confirmation (typically 1–5 minutes) credits are added to your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion.

Prices are listed in USD. Cryptocurrency exchange rates are applied at the time of the transaction by the payment processor.

• You may use generated 3D models for personal and commercial projects.
• You may not generate content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes third-party intellectual property.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, abuse the API, or circumvent credit billing.

Generation is powered by third-party AI providers (Meshy, Tripo, Anthropic). We do not guarantee specific quality, availability, or output of these providers. Credits consumed for a failed generation due to a provider error may be refunded at our discretion — contact support.

You retain ownership of the 3D models generated using your prompts and images. We do not claim rights to your generated content. You grant us permission to store your generation data for service operation and improvement purposes.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the service with or without notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of credits you purchased in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
