Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store plain-text passwords.

When you use the plugin or web dashboard, we record generation requests (prompts, image references, provider used, credits charged, task status) and associate them with your account. This data is used to show your generation history and to calculate billing.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment card data, or any personally identifiable information beyond your email.

Payments are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT on TRON or BNB Chain) via a third-party payment processor. We receive a transaction confirmation and the amount — we do not store wallet addresses you send from.

Images you upload for Image-to-3D generation are stored temporarily on Google Cloud Storage and are used solely to process your generation request. Generated 3D models are stored and made available to you via secure signed URLs for download. We may retain assets for a limited period for debugging and support purposes.

• To show you your generation history in the dashboard
• To improve the service (aggregate, anonymised statistics)

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your generation prompts and uploaded images are sent to third-party AI providers (Meshy, Tripo, Anthropic) to process your requests. These providers have their own privacy policies. We send only the minimum data required.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing escultor.dev@gmail.com. We will delete your account data within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Cloud assets are stored in Google Cloud Storage with access controls. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

The web application uses browser localStorage to store authentication tokens. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics pixels.
